  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using this site you agree to abide by our terms of service. 

  2. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and respectful behavior on the platform.

  3. Content Ownership: Intellectual property rights for original artworks are retained by the artist. Purchasing an artwork does not include intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to reproduce the artists images for profit.

  4. User-Generated Content: Comments, communications and forum posts are expected to remain respectful. Owner may remove users that do not abide by this simple request. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, and other similar behaviors will not be tolerated. 

  5. License Grant: The artist does not grant any purchaser the right to reproduce, distribute, or use their original designs for any purpose other than private ownership and display. 

  6. Copyright and DMCA Policy: Copyright infringement will not be tolerated.

  7. Termination of Accounts: Egregious violations of these terms of service that directly threaten the website owner or fellow website users will result in the immediate termination and banning of the offending account. In some cases, warnings will be granted and an opportunity to amend behavior will be granted. Ultimately the site owner has digression and final decision power regarding site accounts.  

  8. Limitation of Liability: Site owner does not have liability for any damages or losses incurred by site use.

  9. Disclaimer of Warranties: This site strives to share good and helpful information but it does not fully guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content and users use this site at their own risk.

  10. Privacy Policy Link: The site owner collects only the user information that is willingly shared with the site owner such as name and contact information. This information is stored securely to the best of our ability and we do not share user or customer data for any profit. We do of course have to put customer's name and address on their packages for the USPS and we use your email to send you our newsletter if you have signed up for that communication. 

  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: The owner and site users must follow all applicable laws and work in good faith to find a mutually satisfactory resolution. 

  12. Updates to Terms: Owner reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will inform users via the monthly newsletter as necessary.
